These materials will be used for our Extended Engagement Learning in the school parking lot. I have started a drive-through, or stay safe, science environment in the school parking lot. The students are doing safe hands-on activities with peers wearing mask and gloves. Parents/families have the option to stay to observe or engage from a distance. Some students choose a " grab and go", which means they drive in to grab a bag of the materials needed to complete the activity at home. They later can upload a video or picture of what they have experienced at home with their families.
This project would allow my students to do something new! These materials would allow for more than one outcome for their creative minds to engage in discovery. This activity would allow for them to connect their interactive notebooks with a product they made. BOOST their egos so they CAN DO IT!
