The books chosen will amplify my classroom library. The books were recommended from my students' past teachers and the school librarian. My students deserve to have books that interest them and help grow their love of learning. The books will be read during independent reading, class read-alouds, book studies, book clubs, and can even be taken home by students to continue reading. The books contain various genres and topics that will incorporate information and lessons from other subject areas. My hope is that these books will be loved by my students and help them grow to be strong, lifelong readers!

About my class
