Please help me to create this invaluable experience for my students, by fostering an environment of critical thinking skills, math skills, creativity, team work and STEAM. Using the maker space materials will help student learn skills that will help them be better prepared for today's society. Building materials and resources can foster Team work environment where students develop emotional intelligence, life skills, social skills and collaboration, while they also participate in an environment where they can learn from each other. A Makerspace is a great way for my students to use those STEM skills in addition to working collaboratively with their classmates. My students and my extracurricular club would be able to use the Makerspace cart. A Makerspace can be filled with almost any materials, but it is what those students do with the materials is what counts.
