I serve students with Autism in a small school district. Sometimes we feel like we are on an island all alone as we are the only special day class in our district. We do love interacting with our peers at recess and PE daily and we are learning how to play appropriately. We are learning to make friends while we learn academic skills too! Our classroom is highly visually structured and based on the Evidence Based Practices for Autism.

About my class
