With this project, I will have materials for different themes we talk about during the year. I would love to create a block area in my classroom. Currently I only have large cardboard blocks and waffle blocks. With small wooden blocks my students will be able to build more extensive designs and use more creativity skills. With this project, I will have materials for different themes we talk about during the year. The community helpers, vehicles, and garages will be used during our community helpers theme to give my students hands on learning. The blocks will also be used during our winter themes to make icebergs (covering with white paper).
