Currently, my students sit on the floor to engage in circle time activities. Without any kind of support many of them end up laying down, rolling around or standing up because they are not able to physically and comfortably sit on the floor. This severely hinders any learning being done during circle time or any other floor activities because they are simply uncomfortable. When diagnosed with physical delays and low muscle tone this makes learning almost impossible.
These chairs help support a child’s physical sensory needs and gives them an opportunity to succeed by allowing their brains to focus on what’s going on around them!
