If my project is funded, I will have the opportunity to provide my students with​ different choices of learning practices for mathematics! I will also be able to provide my students with more hands-on learning. Students are able to take ownership of their learning and understand how to meet their needs. This is teaching students to become more independent and understand their social, emotional, and physical needs in the classroom. Students also need more hands-on learning to be able to explain their thinking and complete a task independently. The goal is to create a welcoming classroom community for these students. Help me give my students the math tools that they need to be a successful mathematician. The white boards, flash cards, spinners, games and manipulatives will motivate my students to learn and succeed.
