The games that I am requesting will provide my students with many opportunities to grow in their social and independent living skills while engaging in a fun activity with their peers. Students will learn budgeting skills, how to identify consequences of decision-making, impulse control, coping skills, and social skills.
Cooperative board games will help my students develop skills that are essential to independent living! Many of my students have IEP goals that focus on these areas. These games will provide exciting opportunities for my students to practice building these skills.
