My students with special needs will have an opportunity to fidget but still be able to learn with their flexible seating options such as motion stools and wobble cushions. It is important to give these students an opportunity to get out jitters to make sure they are successful. The flexible seating options are a great way to help enhance focus and not distract their peers. From my experience as well, students love the opportunity to be able to write on white boards instead of paper! Some of these students are looked at as a distraction due to their disabilities. If they have the opportunity to be comfortable, it will help change the dynamics of their learning. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
