My instruction is taught on the whiteboard and students are required to sit on the carpet in front of the whiteboard. My current carpet is over 20+ years old and is unraveling, stained, smelly, and needs to be updated.
This new carpet would allow students to sit somewhere clean and be more engaged in instruction. The carpet has a spot where each student will have an assigned spot to sit on each time during instruction and this carpet will help them to find their spot quickly so instruction can begin promptly.
The spot on the carpet will help them to identify what row and spot they sit on so they can stay in their assigned space while keeping hands, feet, and objects to themselves while sitting criss-cross-appplesauce.
