This product will help my students by giving them additional learning opportunities to improve understanding and mastery of key math concepts taught in 5th grade. By providing a variety of learning activities, I can individually target student learning on their level.
Student engagement is increased when choice, variety and experiences are provided in a learning rich environment. Using these blocks will also provide the same benefits for my literacy block. Each activity is skill specific and provides targeted instruction to help fill in gaps, and enrich or extend knowledge. Topple block will also improve collaboration and team work.
