Using LEGO and Magnetic tiles can help my students put their ideas into a physical project, where they learn to plan and engineer their ideas. By allowing them to express their creativity, they can inspire themselves and their other classmates to showcase their personal designs.
Students work together to build their projects based on each other's ideas and inspiration. It gives students a chance to develop ownership and partnership with their classmates on their creations. It allows them to collaborate with their peers and develop social skills. Allowing students to work with their peers on long projects like building can teach students to compromise and cooperate together.
