Students will learn that with collaborative work, we can make these benches functional once again. The mosaic tile project will be used to clean up some of our school's cement benches that have not been used due to deterioration. We will be using the materials that are donated to learn about the process of mosaic tiling and how our creativity can help these benches to transform into a piece of art. This project will be a lesson that will influence our students and our community by making it accessible for everyone to enjoy. I believe these benches have great potential to be a creative space where students and our community can sit and collaborate. These benches will definitely be used with our art students to draw and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
