The supplies that are needed for a PreK classroom are many things that people take for granted. Students grow at a rapid rate at this age, and it is so important to have the tools and supplies for students to be successful. By donating these to my classroom, will enhance my centers, so they have many different objects to choose from. It will help them be creative and keep their imaginations flowing with many ideas to help them for years to come. My school has the majority of economically challenged students, so they are not afforded many opportunities that others have. My students will benefit from the tools and supplies to help them complete art projects with the art supplies. They will also be able to grow their imaginations while playing with the items in dramatic play. The science items will be used when we go over the life cycles of a frog, butterfly, and plants. They will be able to use these items to complete many activities that the would not have access to if they were not at school. The other items in centers will allow them to grow as they act out many different scenarios.
