We use our rug daily. We have our peace circles there to help students share their voice with the class. The rug is active during calendar time for math with students sharing ideas to problems. Students will also be comfortable while they read to self daily to help improve fluency. Also as mentioned previously, the students will use the rug as a large area to use during math and science stations. The rug in our classroom is an integral part; it's like a table where your family gathers to share meals and grow closer. We appreciate you for considering us.
