These books will create more of a print-rich environment in our classroom to help my students drive with fluency. Unfortunately, our library does not have these selections in Spanish. My students being bilingual deserve the opportunity to be able to enjoy the pleasure of reading these amazing series. The joy these books will bring them is priceless. I know for a fact that they will be delighted with these books because I read these books to them in English and translate to them. I can see their excitement waiting for me to translate the next part waiting to know what’s going to happen next. If they can read them on their own, the pleasure would be even bigger. Not to mention that these books will help them accomplish their reading goal.
