I need a big rug in order to keep my students from Kindergarten and 1st grade seated while we do intervention.
I am working with 6 different teachers and more than 150 students.
I support students literacy by pulling small groups for Early Literacy Skills instruction and to support Newcomers.
I will be using the play dough to bring more hands-on activities to this extra 20 minutes a day for Early Literacy Skills such as letter recognition, letter naming, letter tracing, etc. It has been demonstrated that when doing hands on activities the concepts are easily learned and remembered.
