In the preschool setting I believe it is developmentally appropriate to have many seating options for children. All students deserve the best opportunity to learn. I believe flexible seating opportunities for the students is a great way to reach all students' needs. In my classroom I want to provide a variety of seating options for each student. Flexible seating will not only help increase their focus, it will also foster the social and emotional aspect of learning in preschool through turn taking and sharing. I am excited to watch the children's focus, participation, and love for learning increase through this funded project.

About my class
