I am excited to promote my students’ social-emotional growth and wellness by incorporating yoga and meditation into their day. I have my Yoga Pretzels cards and educator’s subscription to the meditation app Calm ready to go, now I am in need of some soft space to sit and yoga mats for stretching. A classroom rug would allow all of my students to have soft space for meditation and also for learning in front of our SMARTboard. The yoga mats will help me both during guided group lessons and to create an independent learning center where students can practice poses and find their inner calm. Any donation that you can make are greatly appreciated and will help my students develop essential social-emotional skills through mindfulness.
