Following lessons, these beginning reading materials will give our students opportunities for successful independent practice. Our goal is to foster a love for literacy by providing a variety of ways to see and practice the foundational elements of the English language.
It is a delight to see the smiles when literacy skills are mastered and the world of books both fiction and non-fiction become windows for the child to peer into. Once students own these skills they can not be taken away. These materials are important stepping stones that will help support my students on the literacy path, a path that will take them on many adventures and give them a life filled with enrichment and opportunity.
