We will be making friendship bracelets and holiday cards for people with Dementia and Alzheimer's. Through this project, I want to help students to develop a lifelong desire and love of serving people in their community. This project allows us to have the funding to purchase the materials to fund our community service project for our AVID College-ready students. These students are learning how to serve others. These bracelets and holiday cards will be going to people in our own Las Vegas community. By helping students learn to love serving, they will be developing lifelong habits of serving and helping other people.

About my class
