Students will be doing a lot of essays this school year, and it is crucial that they have somewhere to print their work. Having a classroom printer will help those students who do not have a printer at home. A classroom printer will benefit students that come from low income families. This printer will also help facilitate the printing of any resources that students need immediately during class time. This resource will help reduce the stress of having to figure out where to print and, therefore, will produce more effective work.
