Station activities are something I use almost daily with my younger students to allow for maximum engagement in a variety of skills and activities during PE class. Using different colored durable cones at each stations helps guide students to where they are supposed to be. The electrical tape used to mark boundaries for each station also helps students stay focused and on task at their station. The use of colors and a clear organized gym set up is key in helping classroom management and student success in a Physical Education setting. In past years my students have not had much structure and organization in PE class. With something as basic as this new equipment I can provide the structures and tools needed for ALL of my students to be successful during PE.
