The camera requested will help the students capture their creations and help build a portfolio for their future. Having the ability to take pictures of their projects and different food products that are made in the class will motivate and excite them to create more. Being able to see their creations with the food will emphasize the passion that they each bring into our class. They will be able to promote and build on their ideas to make them better and try new things. Creativity in working with food is an added bonus for students who have a passion for cooking. Making a portfolio will help them in college and further their career interest in the hospitality industry.

About my class
