We already have four Fire tablets in the classroom. Last year our students were able to work on IXL and RazKids in the classroom using them, and they love the independence they give them to move around the class and being able to share their knowledge with their parents at home. The new tablet will add to the other four, and with five, we will be able to do our IStation assessment in the classroom plus the other apps we have been already using. The headphones are a must for IStation because students have to answer questions using a microphone. The charging dock is a need, because charging each tablet separate takes too long.
