This Sous Vide unit will make a huge difference in the kitchen due to the fact that it opens a new avenue that these students have not seen before.
This Sous Vide unit will also push the knowledge envelope forward. Teaching our students something they would not generally learn until college. That will put our students at an advantage.
We will use these machines to teach 2 different classes at the same time so that our students will not have to take turns. They will be able to access the machine at the same time.
