When students return to the classroom, I want to make sure that the instruments are ready! Reeds are some of the most expensive items because they are specific to the student's preference and must be replaced so often.
This project will allow me to offer my students individualized reed choices, instead of just a standard style for everyone. Students have not been able to play music with each other as a full band on campus for over a year. I want to make sure that every student has what s/he needs to perform with confidence.
Since oboe and bassoon reeds are the most needed and most expensive instrument accessories to keep in stock, I focused this project on those two instruments. Thank you for helping me make the transition back to in-person music learning easier for me and my students!
