My students are primary age children with Communication Delays/Disorders as well as other issues such as autism, ADD, AD/HD, learning delays and dyselxia. They attend a self-contained classroom in a regular education building and are mainstreamed with regular education students for music and gym. The school is in a low income area in the South Suburbs of Chicago. Many of the students do not have resources readily available to them.
