In choir, most students learn their repertoire by listening to the teacher to play on the piano or by singing. As of right now, the keyboard that is serving these students has a very inconsistent sound. The new keyboard will help me teach my students their repertoire for their concerts with consistency in the sound. It will help all of my students and even also be a huge help to the show choir at the school. The show choir is a group of forty students that work very hard. They are five-time state champions and won a national title last year. All students work really hard and deserve to have a piano or keyboard that works in the classroom.
