These snacks will definitely motivate students to come to study spaces after school so they can get their homework and projects done. Students have access to supplies, computers and teacher assistance. After doing their work, they will also get a snack. Many students go home hungry and do not have food to eat. These snacks will fill their bellies and reinforce them to keep coming to study spaces. We are addressing three things: providing a safe and healthy environment for middle school students to go to after school, helping them to be successful in school and keeping them from going hungry.
