Each year, my groups are always most excited about using the dry erase boards with markers. We use our boards for random comprehension checks, stop and jots, and most times the children just like to draw and writes notes to me. Dry markers and boards are a hot commodity in my room. Each Friday, my students take an assessment on the weeks lessons, using the privacy partitions will give my students the opportunity to show growth and understanding of the strategies learned, in their own space. My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when they are given their own space.
