Our students will begin the 2020-2021 school year digitally; however, this may change at any point in time. The resources requested will help me, as their teacher, to better serve them both by improving their understanding of core concepts and by increasing our ability to communicate more effectively despite the language barriers. Some of the resources requested are manipulatives which I will use from my classroom to present to them digitally (but they will also be able to use them in the classroom should we return to in person teaching and learning). The mobile standing desk will help me to be more mobile as I teach. The microphone is intended to help with the communication aspect as sometimes laptop microphones are not as clear as they need to be especially as I will be using translation software such as Microsoft Translator Conversations for most of my classes.
