Many of my students have needs in regards to sensory processing. They often do not want to sit in a generic classroom chair. We currently have a few flexible seating options but would love to have more. The students also have access to a sensory corner, or cool down zone in our room, this area could be improved with the addition of these sensory tiles.
Lastly, we utilize timers within our classroom, however, some of my students have a hard time remembering to set their timers, the vibration timer watches would give these students access to a timer that will reset for them automatically, as well as send a discrete reminder to stay on task or self-assess their progress.
