Every day we gather for a morning meeting. Currently the students are sitting on tile floor. Throughout our morning meeting time we work on our counting skills, we add and subtract, and discuss weather patterns throughout the seasons. With a carpet students will be able to comfortably sit through the morning meeting time.
Our classroom loves to come together to discuss and share. Throughout the day we meet on the rug to go over math problems, to practice our foundation skills, and to demonstrate science experiments. Incorporating a rug will allow for a designated meeting space for students to sit. By donating to our project you will help build our classroom community, and create lots of fun learning for the students!
