I have a classroom set of chairs that are all the same shape and size, but I have a classroom full of different children who learn in different ways. I have been teaching school for 10 years and every year I have students who struggle to sit in a regular chair. This year I have a few kids who constantly tip their chairs or fall off of them. I feel like they would benefit from a chair that their can continually move their core around and still work on tasks during class. When their bodies are able to move they may be able to focus better on lessons.
