We have noticed that our students have "outgrown" the Duplo style blocks. They are very interested in the smaller LEGO size bricks. Being able to play with the smaller sizes will really improve their fine-motor skills along with expanding their creativity.
Our students love to add people and vehicles to their block play and it encourages more imaginative play and conversation. We are also always looking for new sensory experiences for them. We love to provide them with materials of different textures and items that are also visually stimulating. We believe that young students learn and grow best by engaging all of their senses and these new materials will be a wonderful addition to our classroom.
