These materials will give the students alternatives to pencil and paper. And we all know the students love to use dry erase boards. It also allows them to have a “different” visual as oppose to looking at a piece of paper. Each student will have their own and will be able to interact with the dry erase boards as a whole group!
The dry erase boards are also easy for the students to erase and start over when they’ve made a mistake. Same for the erasers for my students. Being a math class, everyone is going to make a mistake. So we need a little help with erasing and starting over.
