Our world is filled with wonder and mysteries that are just waiting to be discovered. Who better to be our next pioneers and explorers than our pupils. My students have shown an interest and aptitude in being leaders in the STEM field. The various STEM products for this project will give my students a wide variety of enrichment in this field. Whether students are interested in coding, robotics or general design and building projects, having items that will pique their interests will undoubtedly aid in sparking a passion that can impact them for the rest of their lives.
Students who have access to what their interested in can further develop their knowledge, when they feel like they own their learning. The products for my Curiosity Corner will be used to give students opportunities to be stewards of their learning. Students will participate in projects of their own choosing, either involving, or an innovative offshoot of the products. Their project will be genuine experiences that they can introduce to authentic audiences (inventions/patents, new designs or innovations). The ultimate goal is to help my students maintain their curiosity to boldly pursue their dreams.
