I have set a goal to have activities provided in our classroom to foster young imaginations, critical thinking, appropriate social skills and inquiry. These resources will help develop my students' problem solving skills, teach about conflict resolution and how cause and effect work. It will also teach children about sharing and helps develop their fine and gross motor skills and nurtures their creativity and imagination. It will also help develop basic skills such as shape recognition, concentration, goal setting, patience and a sense of achievement, which will stand children in good stead for learning. The activities will also help with eye hand coordination and manual dexterity.
