I am currently teaching virtually from my home due to my child's compromised immune system. I am very blessed to be given that opportunity but it has come with some serious downfalls. At the moment I am in desperate need for a second monitor. Our school has limited technology so I am using my personal laptop to teach on Zoom daily. It is a constant struggle to display our lesson and being able to see each student on the same screen. A second monitor will increase our learning time by at least 45 minutes by eliminating the transition from one tab to another all while monitoring students on the second screen. Students can become easily distracted during virtual learning so having my eye on each student the entire lesson will increase time on task.
