The aim of this project is to get more engaging reading materials in front of my students that align with both NGSS and ELA standards. These Science magazines are the perfect solution. I know that if my students are able to engage with texts that excite they will surely continue to improve their reading skills everyday! We aren't lucky enough to have a color printer so my students are always engaging with grayscale copy, and aren't able to enjoy the rich texts and images in their ideal form. I've already seen how excited my students are when they have their hands on these magazines and I hope it is something I will be able to continue!

About my class
