My group of 21 kinders are very high energy! With a few of my kiddos having special needs, specifically ADHD, autism, and hyperactivity, they require a lot of movement to get through their day. While we spend a lot of time dancing, jumping, running, and staying active, it is so important for my students to be able to remain focused during our lessons. Flexible seating like bouncing balls and wobbly chairs will allow them to get their wiggles out while staying alert at their desks! This type of seating will also improve their blood flow and metabolism as they burn calories bouncing, wobbling, rocking, and leaning!
