I will use the items on my list to introduce social and emotional learning. The books on my list all deal with self help, emotional and social learning and functional relationships. I really care about my students and the relationship I build not only with them but with my families as well. As relationships between teachers and students increase, student behaviors decrease. This is vital to a child's learning. I enjoy getting to know my students and have them be a vital part of the classroom, school and community.
