Students will be able to see clear music examples taken directly from the lesson and content of their performances. The teacher can take pictures of scores, individual parts, and other student work, displaying all of it through the TV. Students will be able to immediately see and assess their own performance qualities from a music education app, run by the teacher, that tracks their sound, rhythm, and pitch. This app will help the group understand their individual and group roles and responsibilities in the overall band sound.
Being able to see this app run in the background will clearly identify and unify the students' daily goals for rehearsal. Students will have the opportunity to listen back and assess their own performances by smartphone recording apps, streamed through the smart TV. Students will enter the room, and be able to hear professional quality recordings of professional musicians, this will help the students get an aural concept of the desired sound and effect of excellent performance quality sound production and musicianship.
