The reason I am asking for a color printer is because my students don’t talk. All of their beginning language begins by learning to points or eye gaze at pictures. When there in color it helps gain their attention and bring things to life. I make all my curriculum by printing out materials, laminating them and then using the materials for instruction. Also, I print a lot of pictures.
I use the pictures to build on their functional vocabulary and receptive and expressive language. This color printer will help me tremendously in my classroom on a daily basis. I can also use this with my other co-workers.
