This equipment will be very beneficial to my students by allowing them to have more options in Physical Education. The two women's barbells are lighter and smaller (in diameter) than all the bars we currently have therefore, giving more students the opportunity to lift weights. The resistance bands are great accessory tools that have infinite possibilities in regards to what they can be used for; from weightlifting to sport-specific drills, to accessory/rehabilitation movements. Getting this equipment will mean that more of my students will have the opportunity to become stronger, well-rounded students and athletes, as well as help minimize injuries. We need the proper equipment which will allow students the opportunity to have a positive experience in Physical Education
