These materials would help make a difference in the level of competition these middle school cheerleaders can compete in. We are a large school, with 30% of the school are low-income learners. I have a spirited team with the motivation to work hard and be a winner. These mats will allow us to do that.
The mats will be used to produce stunts, tumbling routines and dance routines! Having the mats will keep the athletes safe and in less harm of injuries. This will allow for less injury as students are not just practicing on the hard floors of our cafeteria. My girls would like to advance their techniques and the difficulty level of their routines to get them in a place where they are confident athletes.
