Flexible seating will allow my students to complete the assigned tasks and stay focused on instruction. Right now my classroom is very plain and is still coming together. My students sit at tables in traditional seats and often need frequent breaks in between each activity. With the flexible seating and other sensory items, my students will be able to decide what will best meet their sensory needs in order to help them learn each day. My students love the bean bags and rocking chair in the classroom but as of right now, there's not enough for everyone to use so it must be split up.
