The items that I have selected are for my STEM lab. This is considered a specials class and I teach all grades K-5. Currently that is 516 students. The items I am requesting will help to bring science to life in the STEM lab. Students will be able to learn hands-on and understand the concepts from the state standards even better. It has been documented that when a teacher is able to add a hands-on component to learning students are able to comprehend and retain the information better. These tools will allow students to see up close and personal how certain aspects such as a car and human body work.

About my class
