My students need tools to help them stay focused in the classroom. Whether it be a fidget toy or a cushion seat, this one tool may make the difference in their learning. During whole group or small group instruction, flexible seating is a fun learning experience for students.
Currently, my students are spending most of their day in the general education classroom. They struggle with sitting still for a long period of time, and flexible seating will give them opportunity to let out their wiggles. Throughout the day, my students take breaks. Sometimes they will take a water break, or go for a quick walk and come back to the classroom ready to learn. They strive to their best!
